On Monday, May 11th, from 5-7, yours truly will be tasting 6 types of bourbon and 2 types of rye at Redbones right here in Davis Square. If you’ve got 12 bucks and a thirst for whiskey, this is not an event to miss. Bring a notebook, as I will be on about the history and the distillation of whiskey here in the States. Drop in this Friday (March 6) any time between six and seven and try some of the famous whiskey. Matt Shakespeare, the regional ambassador for the distillery, will be on hand to field questions on anything and everything Maker’s. Is he has eloquent as the original Shakespeare? Do you care? He’s got whiskey.
